Shahin was very polite and on time for our Saturday morning 9-11 appointment window. He was able to quickly identify that the problem was the flame sensor. He sent the information to the warranty company right away, got approval to proceed and had the heat bowing by just after 11am. I am so grateful!

This company was sent out to me from Select Home Warranty. That is a company I will NEVER do business with again. However, Feras from 4AY arrived to my home and was so kind and patient. He explained everything to me in detail about my A/C issue. He suggested short term fixes but advised that I will eventually need a new unit because of the age of my current one. He wasn’t trying to haggle me for money. Just upfront and honest. And I love that in any company that I do business with. I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

This was the best experience of my life. He came right away even though he was busy in between clients and service me. Me and my animals have been in the hot house for six days without our AC during this time, and this week is some of the highest temperature days reaching in the upper 80s and mid 90s he came out he did what he said he was gonna do. It did not take him anytime. He educated me on preventative measures moving forward and he was awesome. He was very professional and very polite. I definitely recommend using them if your AC or your furnace goes out.

Feras with 4AY.LLC Heating and Cooling did a top notch job! I would highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs. Feras was professional, knowledgeable and went beyond the call to fix my furnace and get heat back into my house, since it was 2° outside. I have a home warranty policy with Select Home Warranty. I called in my claim on Saturday and they left me without heat until the following Tuesday. Of course, they do not cover the installation of any part that needs to be replaced, because they know in most cases, the installation charge is more than the part itself. This is the 3rd home warranty company I have been with, and I have not liked any of them! Just as in all "insurance" companies, they are a bunch of crooks!
